Our small core team work day-to-day to plan and deliver the projects and partnerships that connect people and build communities across Liverpool. We're based out of Baltic Creative CIC, in the heart of the Baltic Triangle. We also have support from colleagues working in The Cares Family.

Jess oversees the strategy and delivery of Liverpool Cares’ programmes and manages the team. When Jess isn't at work, they enjoy exploring local parks with their dog or making the most of the brilliant independent shops and bars on Lark Lane.
As Senior Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, Rachael introduces older and younger neighbours to Liverpool Cares and our programmes. You’ll often find her hanging out at gigs, restaurants and parks with her mates — enjoying connection, company and positive vibes.
Sophie leads the Social Clubs programme, creating a fun and diverse programme of activities for the neighbours to enjoy.
Alice leads the Love Your Neighbour programme, which connects older and younger neighbours across Liverpool for one-to-one friendship in person and over the phone. In her free time Alice loves making the most of the green space in the city and reading a good book from the library!
Liverpool Cares is part of The Cares Family, with sibling charities in London and Manchester. We share a CEO, Managing Director, senior leadership team and trustees.
